About
Understanding Your Membership in O.E.S. is a foundational course for members of the Order of the Eastern Star at every stage of membership. Whether you were initiated recently, have been a member for many years, are preparing for proficiency, returning after time away, or preparing for greater service, this course is designed to give you a clear common foundation. You will explore what you joined, how your Chapter relates to Electa Grand Chapter, what continued learning and proficiency mean, how to find reliable answers, and how to handle differences in instruction or tradition. The course also introduces practical tools for continued learning, including a personal learning plan, source guides, proficiency resources, and an O.E.S. Learning Binder.
