Grandmaster Lynn Lewis Jr traveled to LeClaire, Iowa to present Bro. Richard Payne his 50 year certificate and 50-year pin. Master Mason Payne was all smiles and happy to receive this special recognition from Grand Master Lynn Lewis Jr.
